A Few Tips to Stay Healthy and Energized Even When Overdoing It
I took a trip to New York City a few weeks ago, mainly to see an art exhibit at the Guggenheim of Hilma af Klint's work (see above), but also to meet with my homeopath in person and be inspired by the art and energy of the city. One of my goals was to feel as great as possible while I was there, since I knew I’d be walking miles every day, not sleeping enough, and eating foods I usually avoid.
When I travel, I want to keep my immune system strong, and minimize the effects from my travel and any overindulgence I might fall into. If you find yourself in a similar situation, here are some of the things you can bring with you, and a short description of their benefits:
